Guys-
I’m going to use this blog page to update everyone on the trip. If you have any questions put them on the blog. If I don’t have your e-mail address send it to me or post it on here.
Trip update: We had planned on going Friday July 14th – Sunday July 16th. Turns out that Ozzfest is there that weekend, as cool as it could possibly be, it could suck major ass. After Joe and I found out that Ozzfest fuckers were going to be there we decided to switch to the following weekend. The cost will still be about 33.99 per person (plus the other random trash fees they have). I need to make sure that eveyone will still be able to go so I can make the reservations. Either post on here or e-mail me that you are in or out.

There will be 4 – 4 man teams. Each team will have 2 beer bongers, 1 chugger, and 1 shot gunner. The race goes something like this: First beer bonger goes and when finished he must run with beer bong in hand 20 yards to the shot gunner. After the shot gun is completed he must run back 20 yards to the beer chugger. Once the chug is finished he races back 20 yards to the second beer bonger (who must have the bong ready to go) and when he is finished he runs back to the start line to complete the race. There is a two loss elimination, with the three losing teams paying for the winning teams dinner the night of the race. (Change in prize is open to suggestions) Only two teams compete at once with the other members of the teams as judges to enforce no cheating. If a team is caught cheating they must complete one extra “beer bong, chug, or shot gun” depending on the event that they were caught cheating, before they can complete the race. If a team member pukes he must re-attempt his task, if he fails that task, the team is given an automatic loss.
Extra info: Beer bong and shot gun preparations will be done prior to the start of the race with the exception of the second beer bong, which is prepared during the race. It will be important to have good pours on the second bong because it may cost you the race. As far as “spilling” goes, the judges are to determine if the spill is larger enough to give a team an advantage. If that is the case then a time penalty will be enforced.

We are looking at going the weekend of June 30th-July 2nd. Too many people were not able to go the weekend of July 21. Let me know ASAP if you are not able to go now that the date has been changed again…

Okay so it turns out that july 21-23 is better. i dont know what to do man. i guess just send out emails to the list you already have and i will see if i can talk to the rest of the people. more people cant go in june so we just have to take the july dates.

Guys-
I’m sorry about the retarded clusterfuck that we got caught up in when trying to plan this trip. Turns out that we are going to go on the originally planned weekend, July 14th – July16th.
Joe being the resourceful bastard that he is found another site on Apple River so we won’t have to hang out with the Ozzfest fuckers. The place is called “Rivers Edge,” here is there site for more info: http://www.riversedgeappleriver.com/
The charge per person at this place is $39.95 (it was going to be over $48 at the other place due to Ozzfest). This cost includes two nights of camping as well as unlimited tubing for two days (as well as unlimited mini golf). There is an additional charge of $10/vehicle so we will have to try to carpool as much as possible.
This afternoon I put a despot down for a campsite and told them we would have about 16 guys.
